Sycamore

Student Information Software Program

St. John the Baptist School has been using Sycamore Education for our student information software (SIS) program since the 2019-2020 school year.  All family and student information is now housed there, such as contact and medical information, grades, attendance, discipline records, etc.

 Sycamore Login

Click here to go to the login page.

Sycamore is secure and recognizes permissions given by login credentials.  Users – students, parents, employees, and administrators – are only able to see what their login allows them to see.

  • All parents of families currently registered at St. John the Baptist Catholic School have the ability to log in to Sycamore.
  • All Middle School students (Grades 5 – 8) currently registered at St. John the Baptist Catholic School have the ability to log in to Sycamore.

Contact Mr. Martinez in the School Office if you need help with your login information.

Sycamore Mobile App

Sycamore has an app that is free in both the Apple (Sycamore) and Google Play (Sycamore School) stores.  You will use your same login information when using Sycamore either online, on your mobile device, or other electronic device.

Access is determined by user credentials, so the user – parent, student, teacher, or administrator – is only allowed to see what their login credentials determine.

Please note – any family / student information seen in the informational PDF’s to be provided is from a fictional test family, NOT an actual registered St. John the Baptist Catholic School family.

COMING IN THE FUTURE – Sycamore’s Web Based App

Sycamore’s web based app is functional, but still in development.  The web based app has all of the same features as the app.  Login credentials for the web based app remain the same as when the employee / parent / student logs in through either the website or the app.  Again, Sycamore will show the information applicable to the login credentials used; the only difference(s) will be what format you use to log in – website, web based app, or app.

This web based app will eventually replace the mobile app once all of the bugs have been worked out.
